jle<\/strong> is a nationally and internationally interdisciplinary active, award-winning architectural studio<\/a> for planning and design in urban and non-urban areas based in mallorca<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Founded in 1999 by Jochen Lendle, the focus of our activities since then has been island-wide<\/a> private residential construction, such as high-quality luxury properties, residences, mansions and country houses (fincas), as well as renovations and restorations in the higher segment. the area of responsibility ranges from the newly built villa in the first coast line to the general renovation of listed objects.\u00a0our work is published in trade journals and can be found in the media of well-known manufacturers.<\/p>\n

our aim is to create individual, narrative architecture<\/strong> shaped by each place\u2014architecture that forges an emotional connection by translating the client\u2019s story and requirements into a spatial response. in this way, meaningful, identity-forming, value-creating, and recognizable architectural uniques<\/strong> emerge\u2014both from observational-analytical processes and from serendipity\u2014within the context of the genius loci<\/em>.<\/p>\n

in addition, we are specialized in the area of assembly venue regulations. that’s why we also work as planners, developers and consultants for event centers, hotels and cultural projects.<\/p>\n
