jle is a nationally and internationally active architecture firm based in Mallorca that specialises in planning and design, as well as implementation in urban and non-urban areas.<\/strong><\/p>\n

jle is an award-winning<\/b> <\/a>architecture firm with numerous publications<\/b><\/a> in trade journals and has provided the backdrop for a Hollywood feature film, among other things.<\/p>\n

Since 1999<\/b>, our main focus has been on private residential construction, such as high-quality luxury properties and standard residences, stately homes and country houses (fincas), new buildings, as well as renovations and restorations, including listed buildings.<\/p>\n

our aim is to create individual, narrative architecture<\/strong> shaped by each place\u2014architecture that forges an emotional connection by translating the client\u2019s story and requirements into a spatial response. in this way, distinct architectural uniques<\/strong> emerge: meaningful, identity-forming, value-generating, and instantly recognizable, within the context of the genius loci<\/em>.<\/p>\n

We also specialise in the field of venue regulations. Therefore, we also work as planners, developers and consultants for event centres, hotels and cultural projects.<\/p>\n

Our work includes the complete planning, implementation and support of building architecture, interior design, landscape planning and the design of urban spatial planning. We take responsibility for the complete technical development and also take care of cost control and legal matters.<\/p>\n

We provide professional and technical reports and analyses, feasibility studies and act as consultants.<\/p>\n

As architects registered in Spain and Germany, our services include not only all the services of a general basic service of a Spanish architect, but also all architectural services<\/b> that are common in Germany and regulated in the HOAI.<\/p>\n

We offer the service phases 6, 7, 8, 9 as compensation and in addition to the Spanish service profile. Of course, jle also offers complete project management, controlling, project management, cost control, payment plans and certifications. We define the services to be awarded precisely, find the right company for the respective trade and finally control its services for quality and contractual compliance.<\/p>\n
