data-start=\"4647\" data-end=\"5201\">\n<p data-start=\"4647\" data-end=\"5201\">as architects, we see ourselves as having a particular responsibility towards the environment, natural resources and future generations. sustainability, energy efficiency and the protection of resources are not an \u201coptional extra\u201d for us, but the foundation of our design and planning culture. we regard every project as an opportunity to reduce energy consumption over the entire life cycle of a building, to significantly lower its CO\u2082 footprint and, at the same time, to combine a high level of comfort, architectural quality and economic viability.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"5203\" data-end=\"5853\">already in the early design stages, we consistently integrate energetic performance: building orientation, compact construction, insulation standard, reduction of thermal bridges, proportion of glazed surfaces, shading, natural cross-ventilation and thermal mass are combined in such a way that primary energy demand and the amount of purchased energy required during operation are significantly reduced. our aim is to achieve consistently very good classifications in the energy certificate\/energy performance certificate \u2013 regardless of whether the project is an urban villa, a penthouse in palma or a country house (finca) in the rural interior.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"5855\" data-end=\"6459\">a particularly clear example is finca <a href=\"https:\/\/jle.de\/en\/finca-1-bonus-1323-son-dc-majorca-country-side\/\">son dc<\/a> (project number 1323) near felanitx. the property has a registered, certified well providing drinking water of laboratory-tested quality, as well as a connection to the public electricity grid. in parallel with the architectural design, we developed and implemented a comprehensive photovoltaic concept with a total investment of 54.926,76 \u20ac and a system capacity of 35,71 kWp. the system is designed as a grid-connected pv installation with battery storage: surplus solar power is first stored in battery systems and, beyond that, fed into the public grid.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"6461\" data-end=\"6997\">through a net-metering arrangement with the energy supplier, electricity can be drawn back from the grid at virtually neutral cost when required. in this way, heating and cooling by efficient heat pumps, domestic hot water production, electromobility, lighting and all household appliances are operated entirely electrically and locally emission-free. the purchase of external energy is reduced by around 93,20 %, which not only significantly lowers CO\u2082 emissions but also keeps operating costs stable and predictable over many years.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"6999\" data-end=\"7344\">this project with cost of 22.096,65\u20ac for extention and an additional capacity of 11,7kWp was supported under the recovery, transformation and resilience plan, funded by the european union \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/next-generation-eu.europa.eu\/index_de\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">NextGenerationEU<\/a> \u2013 through the investment plan for the energy transition in the balearic islands (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.caib.es\/sites\/piteib\/es\/convocatorias_subvencion\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">PITEIB<\/a>), with a grant of 6.388,20 \u20ac, aimed at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.imesapi.es\/reduccion-del-consumo-energetico-mediante-la-generacion-de-electricidad-de-origen-renovable-para-autoconsumo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reducing energy consumption by generating renewable electricity for self-consumption<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"7346\" data-end=\"7840\">our experience shows that such energy concepts are not only attractive for rural projects without fully developed infrastructure, but offer at least equally significant advantages in an urban context. through the intelligent integration of pv systems on roofs or plots, storage solutions, load management, building automation and highly efficient building services, we create buildings with high energy efficiency classes, reduced energy demand, a lower CO\u2082 footprint and low operating costs.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"7842\" data-end=\"8445\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">for our clients, this means greater independence from volatile energy prices, a measurable contribution to climate protection, a pleasant and healthy indoor climate and a clear added value for their property \u2013 both for their own use and for renting or selling. we understand sustainable architecture as a combination of design, technology and responsibility: aesthetic quality, comfort, energy efficiency, conservation of resources and long-term economic viability are inseparably linked for us and define the framework within which we develop every energy concept individually and project-specifically.<\/p>\n<p><a
