Our architecture combines Mediterranean lightness with state-of-the-art timber construction and sustainable design. Nestled within Mallorca’s tropical vegetation, this urban oasis seamlessly merges indoor and outdoor spaces. By utilizing Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) and the unique Fetdeterra façade, we create a highly functional, climate-neutral living concept that sets new standards both aesthetically and ecologically.

The Fetdeterra façade lends the building a distinctive aesthetic while protecting it from the elements.
