jle created on behalf of the german-colombian chamber of foreign trade / industry and commerce (ahks) ( http://www.ahk-colombia.com/de ) in bogotá, colombia a study of feasibility for the local chamber of industry and commerce cali (ccc) ( http://www.ccc.org.co ) of the city cali on the current largest convention center in colombia and the latin-american pacific region. jle chose the location of 21 different plots. jle created the functional and architectural concept, as well as the tendering documents, integration planning, function layout, control of execution planning, construction supervision, together with complete designs, budgeting and utilisation concept. the complex centro de eventos de valle del pacífico (cevp) ( http://www.cevp.com.co/index.html ) offers place for more than 14,000 people in highly variable use. the system here is conceptually the free market viability in the light of a highly differentiated profile in the center, contrary to state-subsidised centers. jle has since been active as a consultant for the realization.
